In the event of cancellation, kindly note the following:
1. Cancellations made 48 hrs or more in advance can receive a full refund or reschedule your appointment.
2. Cancellations made within 48 hr period of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
